What to expect your next 30 days... Week 1 is performing the full body assessment. This will give us the areas we will build into a weekly routine for you to follow. Week 2 is building a habit of self-care and working on the areas you've found are most important for your specific body. Week 3 is all about being consistent and noticing some improvements on your body's tension in areas that may have been worse at the start. Week for is progressing to a more challenging version of the release technique than when you started, giving you deeper and longer lasting relief. Finally on Day 30, you will repeat the full body assessment only to find your tension has been greatly reduced! Improved ROM, strength, and overall feeling of well-being will be apparent! All while building the habit of giving yourself the care and maintenance it needs!
